Dr. Nicole Johnson, DDS
Dr. Nicole Johnson ("Dr. J") was born in the United States and received her Bachelor of Science in Physiology at the University of Arizona, with a minor degree in Spanish. She then worked as a dental assistant for two years, where she developed a passion for dentistry and oral health. She moved to Canada in 2011, and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Western University in London, Ontario in 2015.
While at Western, Dr. Johnson assisted in various research projects with her professors, including analyzing the link between saliva proteins and enamel strength. She also co-chaired the local chapter of Oral Health Total Health, an organization dedicated to advocacy and oral health education for patients with special needs. During her third year, she was selected for the pediatric summer internship program, and still loves working with children in private practice.
Dr. J is a karaoke queen and her go-to song is Stayin' Alive by the Bee Gees. She also enjoys walking her dog, a beagle named Indie.
